What does the 1-year warranty cover?Normal use
Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
We’ll propose a practical solution such as replacement parts or a replacement unit when appropriate.
What is not covered?Common exclusions
Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear/cosmetic aging,
or issues caused by incompatible dimmers, incorrect voltage, or non-standard wiring.
How do I submit a warranty request?Send details

and clear photos/videos. For electrical concerns, installation photos from your electrician help us diagnose faster.
Do I need a licensed electrician?Recommended
Most fixtures are designed for hard-wired installation. For safety and best performance, professional installation
by a qualified electrician is recommended—especially for chandeliers and ceiling fixtures.
