If a Payment Doesn’t Go Through
If your payment is declined or fails, please try:

• Contacting your bank to authorize the transaction

Pending Charges / Billing Exceptions
If you see a charge but don’t receive an order confirmation, it may be a temporary authorization hold. These are typically released automatically by your bank within 3–10 business days (timing varies by issuer).
To help us resolve it quickly, please email hello@modernlightingpro.com with:
• The email used at checkout
• Date/time and amount of the charge
• Payment method used
• Last 4 digits of the card (please do not share full card details)
Billing Descriptor
Charges may appear on your statement as MODERNLIGHTINGPRO or SHOPIFY*MODERNLIGHTINGPRO (the exact descriptor can vary by bank and payment provider).
Taxes / VAT
Product prices on our website are tax-inclusive (VAT included where applicable). Final tax/VAT details are shown at checkout and/or on your invoice.
